We are looking for a Marketing Director to build and own the marketing function at a growing civil and environmental engineering firm — brand strategy, campaigns, and business development support.
Role Description
The Marketing Director will be responsible for creating the company’s marketing plan and marketing strategy, along with planning, coordinating, and directing marketing efforts. This role will shape brand strategy, manage multi-channel campaigns, and align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Communicating the marketing plan.
- Building brand awareness, including positioning.
- Coordinating marketing projects from beginning to end.
- Compiling lists that describe the company’s offerings.
- Developing and understanding finance and budgets, including research and development appropriations, expenditures, and profit-loss projections.
- Identifying the company’s potential customers.
- Creating and managing advertising campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Experience preparing project proposals.
- Experience preparing marketing materials.
- Experience in business development.
- Past work with digital marketing, including content marketing and social media marketing, preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
