- Project Engineer — daily project delivery, TCEQ permitting, and construction support. 4–8 years, PE or EIT.
- Graduate Engineer — entry-level engineering role supporting advanced treatment projects.
- Project Manager — own delivery end to end. Texas PE required, 2–3 years PM experience.
- Senior Project Manager — lead programs and mentor staff. Texas PE required, 5–10 years PM experience.
Drafting
- Design Drafter — prepare and revise treatment plant drawings. 2–3 years AutoCAD.
- Graduate Drafter — entry-level drafting role, training provided. 0–1 years AutoCAD.
- Senior Drafter — lead drafting across advanced projects. 5–10 years AutoCAD.
