We are looking for a Communications Director to lead public relations, media, and messaging strategy across every channel Anubis uses to reach clients and the public.
Role Description
The Communications Director will develop the strategy for all communications, website, and public relations messages, and will be the communications lead on a variety of strategic initiatives. This role will include work with all forms of media, including press releases, digital campaigns, print materials, social media, audio, and video.
Responsibilities
- Responding to crises or challenging situations quickly and professionally.
- Attending speaking engagements and hosting special events.
- Making sure all company materials have consistent and positive messaging and branding.
- Conducting quality control on all communications.
- Developing relationships and working with media outlets and other companies.
- Developing effective messaging and communication strategies.
- Creating promotional and informative materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Experience working with websites — creating new sites and updating or enhancing existing ones — preferred; willingness to learn on the job required.
- Experience setting up social media accounts and publishing content, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Experience working with AI models preferred, but not required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
